Message: We marked our 1st wedding anniversary this weekend and am glad to say that the cake you baked was as fresh & moist as it was on our wedding day. In May, we moved to another state and carried the cake in a cooler that barely fit the size of the cake box, we could not shut the top of the cooler and considering the humidity and heat we were sceptical if the cake would survive.
